We process personal data exclusively within the framework of applicable data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR, the BDSG and the German Digital Services Act (DDG).
3. Hosting & Server Log Files
Our website is hosted by a hosting provider.
When you access the site, the following data is automatically processed:
IP address, date and time, browser type, operating system,
referrer URL and access status.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Storage period: maximum 14 days.
4. Contact Form
When you use our contact form, the data you enter
(name, e-mail, phone, message and shipment details) will be processed
to handle your enquiry and transmitted to us by e-mail.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures)
or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data will not be passed on to third parties
and will be deleted after the process is complete.
5. Application Form
Application data (name, contact details, cover letter, CV
and, where applicable, references) will be processed exclusively for the purpose
of applicant selection. Legal basis: Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with § 26 BDSG.
Documents of unsuccessful applicants will be deleted after a maximum of
six months, unless consent to longer storage has been given.
6. Google Maps
Google Maps is embedded on the "About us" and "Contact" pages.
The map is only loaded after active consent by clicking "Load map".
Only then is a connection to Google's servers established and your IP address
transmitted. Without consent, no data is transferred to Google.

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16),
erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18),

8. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Bremen (LfDI Bremen).
9. Data Security
We implement technical and organisational security measures pursuant to Art. 32 GDPR. The website is delivered via HTTPS.
